Is it time to buy a medium format (film) camera?

I'm thinking of the situation years ago when digital synthesisers became the norm, the older analogue ones could be had for peanuts, now they cost several arms/legs if you want one.

At the moment, medium format cameras are a fraction of what they were years ago, and I'm thinking forward to a time when I become dissilusioned with digital because I can't see the bodies lasting more than a few years and I don't want that kind of continued expense.

I'm already using my old OM40 again, still working after 20 years, and I always wanted a MF kit, so are the prices at rock bottom? or do I wait some more?
