USB 3 CF card readers

I am considering a new DSLR, Canon 1DMKIV, that supports UDMA 6 and would need some way to utilize the increased speed for downloading from the card to my computer.
I have found several PCI Express Card adapters that will give me two USB 3 connections but I have not found any USB 3 Compact Flash Card readers.
My ultimate solution would be a USB 3 internal card reader to replace my existing USB 2 reader.
Is it still just to early in the USB 3 development and I should expect card readers for USB 3 are just around the corner and I need to be patient.
What are the best options for fast off loading of cards like the SanDisk Extreme Pro cards. How fast could I off load 32 or even 64 GB of Raw files after a day shooting soccer?
