Tripod for ZS3/TZ7

I'd like to find a light-weight tripod for use with my ZS3/TZ7. I particularly want a fluid head that pans well for making videos. I csn hand hold for still photos but not for video.

I want something light so I can carry it in my day pack on hikes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
