1D IV great cam 1 complaint

When im shooting RAW on my 1D MkIV, in fully manual settings in identicle lighting, the images that i review on the rear lcd come out quite different to each other..... so i made an adjustment and the file i shot at 160'th at 5.6 came out looking darker than the next image i shot 200th at 5.6.

Now when i take the RAW files and work them in CS3 after converting them to DNG's they look as they should, all identicle at the same exposure settings....... So my only conclusion is that the camera is appending its ALO settings to the RAW files that it displays on the rear lcd, but those settings are not coming out of the camera with the file.

This thus far is my only complaint from this camera....

I am only shooting RAW files, not RAW + Jpeg.

Has anyone else experienced this?
