Epson 4000 and Snow Leopard - Final word on compatibility?

I've seen a lot of postings some of which indicate that the Epson can be used under Snow Leopard with Rosetta and same say that it cannot. Does anyone know the final verdict on this? (I do most of my printing from Lightroom.)
