F200EXR Newbie - not great shots :(

Hello All

I just bought my new F200EXR and I am not getting the best results.

I can clearly see noise on images and images are not even close to ones on sample galleries for this camera.

I have tried several modes most commonly with P mode, auto Flash, DR Auto, ISO Auto(800), 6MP

Any tips would be appreciated please.

What modes flash settings do you use for indoor/night shots (low light) and what mode flash settings for daylight images.

I have tried EXR Auto but the images are very noisy
