1st Attempt of Bird Shots - 7D + 70-200 f/4L IS

My 1st attempt. How can I do better than that? Any comment/advice appreciated. All straight jpg out of camera, with none pp/crop/resize done (apart from the resizing as a result of photo upload to Picasa, I guess). If I remember right, all with Spot mode & AI Servo mode. For the 1st 2 shots, I mistakenly used too slow shutter speed and too wide aperture.
1. ISO: 200 / Exposure: 1/60 sec / Aperture: 4.0 / Focal Length: 200mm
2. ISO: 200 / Exposure: 1/60 sec / Aperture: 4.0 / Focal Length: 200mm
3. ISO: 160 / Exposure: 1/320 sec / Aperture: 8.0 / Focal Length: 200mm
