What do people want in a portrait package?

Can you suggest what should be included in a basic portrait package. Do people even want prints anymore? Are there any new products/services that should be offered that did not exist 5-10 years ago. The target is middle class families.

I have been out of the photography game for 2 years. I'm out of touch with the current wants/needs of the consumer. My old model was: Moderate Sitting Fee. No minimum order. Purchase prints online through Shutterfly. Option to purchase CD. Average session 60-75 minute session would yield 40-60 images. Is this a dinosaur model?
