Monitor calibration question

I use a Mac Pro single Quad Core running Leopard 10.5.8 along with Windows XP SP3, running under Parallels. I'm also new Mac user having had the Mac Pro since August 2009. I calibrate the monitor (while under Leopard 10.5.8) using Colorvision's Spyder 2 Express. Now, when I fire up Windows XP under Parallels do I need to run the monitor calibratiion again there under Windows XP also or am I good to go having just done it on the Mac side?
