But to look better on the screen at 100% is virtually the only reason to critically manipulate these settings, because as Morey000 has pointed out, without pixel peeping, even ISO400 is perfectly usable on the F100.
So for typical 4x6 prints, number 1 option works well, but to display images for critical disection on this forum one must go to greater extremes which is why I am going to test number 4 setting.
The reason why I think it will be good is because on the F100, ISO200 has only very slightly more noise than ISO100, and DR400% is seldom needed. This is particularly so when setting EV to -1/3, but instead of that I use photometry=AVERAGE at EV=0 which seems to produce the same exposure as multi at EV=-1/3 except it is more consistant.
