F200exr or F100fd

Hello,

I have been looking at these 2 cameras because I'm trying to look for a p&s that can take usable low-light photos, but also can take good photos outside in good lighting too.. I can get the F100 much cheaper than the F200 on ebay, I was just wondering though if there is much of a difference between the two of them?
