K7 or Olympus e-30?

Greetings!

I'm seriously considering purchasing my first Pentax - the K7 or possibly the Olympus e-30.

I'm biased towards the Olympus as I've owned an e-510 and was very impressed with Olympus' sharp lenses and beautiful colours. The e-510 had a horrid viewfinder, lousy rear monitor and the 4/3 sensor was quite noisy beyond ISO 400, so I'm looking at other brands.

I like to shoot without the flash as much as possible, especially in museums and galleries. I love the K7's size and weight, quality feel, back screen, viewfinder and weather sealing.

My question is this: is the K7 only considered noisy when compared with the industry leading D90/D300 Nikon models or is it as bad as the e-30/e-620 and other 4/3 cams?

I don't want to shoot raw every time and spend hours post-processing my images.
