Seagate FreeAgent Go 1TB for Mac

I would like to get a Seagate FreeAgent Go harddisk to backup my files.
The one I want to get is 1TB however the website said it is for PC.
Do you know if it is just preformatted for PC, so that if I reformat it again at FAT32 it will work for Mac, or for some reason it is built for PC only?
