Absolutely no chance. The glass has to have twice the area (that's the whole point - to let in twice as much light) and to do that with no increase in weight is obviously not possible. There is also likely to be some increase in complexity, as 'fatter' lenses generally need more correction, so double the weight is about the best you can expect without a reduction in image quality.
