Green skin complaint from client!
Nov 13, 2009

A wedding client just got back to me saying that the skin tones on the prints are all greenish. I asked where they printed and the answer was Boots, Tesco and Snapfish.

These are all low budget, and I doubt their machines are correctly calibrated for skin tones.

She requires me to colour correct all the pictures and I try to convince her to print from a higher end company such as Snappy Snaps where they can calibrate to each individual client.
I don't see any green tint on my own prints of these examples:

I generally find it a bit harder to get it right with white/black couples, but I really don't see any issues with these shots and think the printing company is to blame. Is it common for cheap places like this to leave a green tint on skin tones?!?
Feedback greatly appreciated!

Thanks
