ZS3 - AVCHD software?

My prior compact would make movies in .MOV format, easy to copy, easy to use. My ZS3 makes a series of folders and, presumably, stores the movies in one of them. Anyone know a site that can tell me how to use these files? Any suggested software?
The software included with the ZS3 is PC only (according to the label) and I use a MacBook Pro....
