Nikon View NX

My Nikon View NX fails to open. I have updated it accordingly and it still failed to open. I removed the program from my Mac harddrive and re-loaded it as well as did all the upgrades again. Still fails on opening. The icon indicates for a minute then a failure message appears. Any ideas?
