Does anyone have this "problem" with 5Dii video?

I sent my camera in to Canon for this. I swear I had not seen this before and thought it was a problem, but Canon sent it back to me claiming no problem.
Movie+Stills, Movie Mode, Manual. I get 2 or 3 horizontal bars across the live view screen which end up on the video, but not on any stills. The bars are lighter than the background, but darken and become more prominent with higher shutter speed and higher iso.
Please ignore the chroma noise in the images.. They looked "clean" on the camera. These pictures made with my macbook were just an expedient way of demonstrating the problem. These are photos of the first frame of the video in playback mode. It's my ceiling and the photo accurately represents the lighting.
The first photo is at ISO800 1/30 f4.5. Notice the two "light" bars.
The second photo is at ISO 800 1/90 f3.5. Notice the three "dark" bars.
