How much is a Canon 40D worth?

I was just wondering how much you think I could get for a one year old 40D...it has a little over 10,000 actuation's.

It includes the battery grip and 2-3 extra batteries. Have the original boxes.

The only thing wrong with the camera is a few scratches on the bottom near the tripod socket.
