Which direction to go? Full Frame or micro43?

I'm an APS-C shooter. Having a lot of fun with my 3 primes and 2 zoom lenses. Mainly portraits, flowers and some scenic stuff. Little bit of nature macros, too.

I'd like to expand with some new equipment, but I'm not sure which way to go. I can either try full frame with a used 5d classic, or go "light" with micro43 and the new Panny 20mm 1.7.

The former would be to up the quality of the portraits and local scenic stuff. The latter would be to have a camera "always with me" and also try my hand at manual focus with legacy lenses (maybe pick up a voigtlander or something). Also, maybe a little more video. (all this is amateur/hobbyist work -- not pro).

Problem is I can't do both -- one or the other (heck, I can't even really afford one!).

I know this is a personal choice, so I'm not expecting anyone to "give" me an answer, but I'd love to hear from anyone's personal experience/opinions.
