F70 beginner - help on settings
Oct 16, 2009

I have just purchased a Fuji F70 EXR and have taken a number of images some have turned out OK and some haven't. I have set my camera up following the info. in Kim Letkeman's excellent and informative blog:

( http://kimletkeman.blogspot.com )

See - Fuji F70EXR -- How to Shoot it MkII

P mode

M= 4:3 Size
Auto iso= 800
Quality= F
Dyn. Range= DR400
Film Sim.= STD

I am in the process of fitting a new bathroom in our house and often take photos to show my progress - this is one of the photos below (not very exciting compared to others on here I am afraid) but it does show some of the problems I am getting mainly lots of noise especially noticeable on the cabinet faces is this normal for this camera (I think not judging by others photos on here) or is it something I am doing wrong? :-

I guess its my lack of experience with this camera so can any F70 experts out there give me any pointers?

The image is straight out of the camera nothing done to it except that photobucket may have resized it.
