e-620 photo and noise question

I have been reading all about the 620 and think I am going to buy one. I was at a review site (photozone.de/) and saw one photo that was taken at 400 iso that was not up to the quality I've come to expect from the 620. It is very noisy. So I would like those of you who are familiar with the 620 to tell me if something looks wrong with this photo.
