D3 with PhaseOne converters. Need advice.

I used Phase One C1 3.7.8 ver. for the most of times. And I really like to apply sometime color management of different cameras to my pics , but the most of all I appreciated the quality, amount of the details. (Oh yeah, I also use NX2, but only if I need punchy and saturated images and I have enough time to work).
The question is about getting new C1. Ver 4.8.3

It seemed to me that with the new version pictures come blurry. Did you guys notice that or it was only my own bug.
Well, should I buy the new ver. or it's not worth buying?
