Can somebody tell me what kind of lens hood is this?

Also, I remember I saw somebody with a mini "cinema camera hood", I believe in movie speak its called a "matte box" with 4 flapping "french flags". Is there something like that for DSLR lens? It can double as lens cap and lens hood, I think its incredible useful. Where can I find one?
