GF1 Warranty Card

For those of you who purchased and received their cameras directly from Panasonic, did your box include a separate warranty card/form for US customers?

I ordered one from eBay and it included a worldwide warranty card that seems to only be valid if you purcahsed the camera from a Latin American country. It also included in a separte envelope a warranty for Canadians. But no separate card for USA?

The back of the English manual however, does include a warranty for USA and Puerto Rico.

But is that the official one or would they also have a separate warranty card?
