I seriously doubt that any of the serious M9 photographers will have her/his nose bent simply because they do not bother.

Leica M is a whole philosophy for the photographer that uses it. It is the camera that makes you think and therefore helps you to express your point of view better.

Fit a wide angle on the M and shoot using hyperfocal distance settings from the level of the waist or under your armbit or as you are passing by with the camera hanging from your shoulder.

You will feel free of misaligned AF and inaccurate ISS. You will feel liberated from the limits set by technology on you.

Then I am sure that you will get far better pictures and with minimal trouble, if any.
