Remote live view

I was wondering if it is possible to use the 5DII's a/v output and a long cable to view the live view function on a remote monitor? If so, any suggestions on a small lightweight monitor that has the appropriate input? I would like something about the size and weight of a automotive GPS display.

What I am looking for is a replacement for the remote viewing system where you would mount a small video camera on the camera eyepiece.
