That's a good one, "better ergos", yet that option is not on the list? o.O

Today's DSLRs simply need to be SMALLER. Pentax and Olympus, during the film era, showed that small cameras could still be both well built and full of advanced features. The new Pentax K7 is a step in the right direction: full features, rugged metal construction but compact chassis. The FourThirds / microFourThirds products have most certainly moved in the correct direction in regards to this matter, IMHO.

Why do we have to settle for limited features (excepting FourThirds products) and designs just because we want a more compact body to ease transport during active lifestyle use?

In a word, it's "Bogus".
