HP 9180 from Ebay

I bid on the printer on a lark, didnt really think it through. Anyway, won it for 300 bucks, which I think is a good price (too good to be true?). Now I see that this is not an authorized dealer, will the warranty still hold? The printer is new and supposed to be in a sealed box.

I always have the option to back out and get a bad mark from Ebay, nothing I will lose sleep over!
