What size to print?

Hi all Have a pano with the size of 7449 x 2253. I would like to print a 10 x 20 print but I think it will get cropped on the ends, What can I do or what sizes can I print.. any good printing programs for the mac I have qimage on windows but could never figure it out, Thanks in advance
