Video quality, Canon 7D vs. Lumix GF-1

It maybe my computer. GF-1 video looks far superior to D7(skips frames) even though GF-1 is much cheaper.
What did you see on your computer? Do you agree with my observation? If so, is this because Canon doesn't see video a main feature?
