PC to MAC

Hello, help needed please.

I use D3 and D700 and use Lightroom2, NX2 and PS3 on a PC for editing etc.

I am about to invest in a Macbook Pro (after so many recommendations) with the possibility of changing over to MAC for my home and business computer if I get on well with it.
Primarily though it will be used for Photo work almost exclusively (???)

My main question, can I 'port over' my NX2 and LR2 with any degree of success. I love the power of NX2 but it slows down massively after a short while. What are the best procedures?

Any info/recommendations would be greatly received. I do not want reco's on upgrading my PC though,.... the Mac is coming
