D300s vs. Full Frame Canon 60D/7D: Which would you choose?

There are various reports of a Canon 60D/7D full frame being shortly announced, and possibly being the same price as the D300s. http://www.canonrumors.com is one source of this speculation but that's all it is at this point.

Assuming this were true and all others things being equal in terms of price and features, would you buy the full frame 60D/7D or the DX sensor size D300s, if:

1) you didn't currently have an investment in a system with either brand and were starting from scratch?
2) you have a current investment in a Nikon DX system with FX lenses?
3) you have a current investment in a Nikon DX system with DX lenses?
