Anyone using a Lowepro Lens Case 5 ?

I am looking at this item

and even though it is designed for a 300/400 Lens I was wondering if I could put a 5D2 attached with a 70-200F2.8 inside this case ? I like the size of the case and would be able to put in my regular backpack !!
