Planes in flight and more , Nikkor 80-200mm f2.8 Slinding zoom

Got my hands on a used 80-200mm f2.8 one day before a air show.

Shot more than 1700 shots, here's some of the better ones, imho.

The sun was out now and then and when it shine it shine against me so the light conditions was really bad but most shots turned out better than I though!

I own a Sigma APO 70-300mm but after getting the Nikkor 80-200 I can't imagine me using it very often any more. Scaringly sharp lens! Camera was the D90.
