DPP users - How much do you sharpen your RAW images in PP?

I have a 40D w/ the 50 mm 1.8, 85 mm 1.8, 17-55 2.8 IS and 70-200 2.8 IS, and I'm curious how much sharperning other users apply to their RAW photos. I don't use my 50mm too much these days due to the 17-55 (my sharpest lens), but I use the following setting for the others:

70-200 2.8 IS - +2 RAW sharpness, + 100 RGB sharpness
17-55 2.8 IS - +1 RAW sharpness
85 mm - +3 RAW sharpness, +100 RGB sharpness

In general, I find these setting work for me fine 1.8/2.8 to 7/8ish, which is where I take the bulk of my pics. I came upon my settings though trial and error, so there is no science behind my madness.
