Light travel tripod recommendations

Hello

Can anyone recommend a good sturdy lightweight tripod for traveling.
I would like to have it strapped to my Lowpro computreker bag for the flight,

but with aircraft weight limitations for carry on luggage, I might have to put it in my suitcase if their is room.
I already have a small Manfrotto ball head for it.
The most weight it will bear would approx 2kgs.
The biggest lens would be my Pentax 60-250 F/4 and K-7 with grip.

I did have a lightweight (no name) tripod a while ago but the legs to thin that even with a lightweight Sigma 70-300mm, there was to much movement in a light breeze.

I only have one day in Perth when I arrive home from work before we head off to the Gold Coast.

Your advice would be much appreciated.
