Lens for 450D?

What is the best lens for a 450D to use as a typical "walk around" lens
I have the kit lens which i typically use for wide and i have a sigma 70-300.
I would prefer a lens anywhere between 18mm and 250mm.
I.E: 18-200, 28-135
anything with a decent zoom range.
But i only have about $450 or less
