Tips on placing a photo with ad on Craigslist?

I'm trying to place an ad on Craigslist. If posting in Community (Artist) you just click browse and photo uploads with no problem but the photo quality looks poor on their site. Do I need to use PS and create a photo for the web? I only remember once where I had to do that for another site. See my sample> http://pensacola.craigslist.org/ats/1265684810.html

Also, if I try to post ad at the Services (Creative or Event), I don't even see a way to upload/browse photos but there are photos at those categories and the quality of their ad photos look fine. How are they attaching a photo along with their typed ad? Thanks in advance for any tips.
