You may have already received the information your looking for, but I would like to add one more response.

A friend of mine recently asked me to shoot some headshots, he made a constant light setup using 4 flour. bulbs in two lights. (8 total).

I had to shoot ISO 400-800 @ 2.8 1/30-60 or something like that. While not all constant light kits are that dim, I wouldn't try it myself.

When I add a light to my setup, I buy:

1. cheap light stand ($30)
2. used/cheap flash (vivitar 285/SB-28) ~ $90-100
3. umbrella adapter ($16.99)

My friend spent about this much per light, I would imagine you could acquire this type of equipment in your area for around this price?

Just seems like a better value to me.
