Can anyone explain how climate affects the printers? Is a dry or humid climate better? I live near the Gulf of Mexico so lots of humidity but we do have a mild winter that is dry for a couple of months. Curious if one brand or model works better to all types of climate changes. Looking to buy my first printer and this is all new to me. I am looking at H.P 8850 vs the Epson R1900. Here are reviews of the R1900/R1800 for what its worth.
