G1 Mocking Bird 45-200 lens at 422mm

I was in my back yard trying out the G1 and the 45-200mm lens. A Mocking Bird flew onto my back fence about 10 yards away.

Took this at 422mm f5.6 1/100 sec ISO 320. Cropped about 50%. It is hard for me to get a 800x600 picture on Flicker to look as sharp as a 800x600 on my computer monitor.

Anyone who uses Flicker got any advice on how to sharpen pictures posted to Flicker? I use some sharpening in Infranview when resampling.
