Epson p-5000 ddrive image file

Hi all. My Epson P-5000 died. HDD crash. Warranty ended couple months ago. I would like to replace my HDD but I do not have Disk Image. Could anyone help me to fix it, please.
I know thaere are 2 partitions
a) OS partition (about 700MB)
b) rest of the disk (for data)
Does anyone have it (ACRONIS True image would be perfect - but it can be other format). I use Acronis only - it is good and not cost effective.
