  • If you're typing on the MacBook Pro all day long, how do you

stop/avoid the sharp metal front edge from digging into your wrists?
Doesn't seem very comfortable to me.

Not a problem at all. My hands are normal adult male size (size "M" glove) and there is no wrist digging into the edge of unibody. Perhaps YMMV.

If you think it will bother you, you can get an external keyboard or get a laptop stand that elevates the MBP so that the edge is at a better angel relative to your wrist.

  • the 15-inch MacBook Pros have LED backlit displays, and they have a

"wide" colour gamut. But despite these technological advances, are
they really any better than the display on 20-inch aluminium iMac?

I believe there are two 20 LCD panels. The lower priced iMac has low-end LCD panel and has poor viewing angles, and is difficult to get it looking accurate.

I updated my MBP just couple of weeks ago with mid 2009 from 2006 MBP without glossy screen. I do not like the glossy screen for the most part but I'll get used to it and get over it....
