D300 second body/backup for wedding

I don't do many weddings but I have one in the book for later this summer. The last wedding I did I was a still a dedicated Pentax shooter with a K10D and a *istD as my second/backup body.

Now I shoot with a D300 but as yet I don't have a second body but do have some funds to get one, the ideal would be another D300 but funds are limited so I've narrowed the choice down to either a D80, D200 or a Fuji S5 Pro but can't decide which one to go for, also as a RAW shooter will I still see the benefit of 12EV range of the S5 using LR2 to process the files.

The major cons that I see are...............
D80: SD v CF.
D200: maybe high iso performance/banding.
S5 Pro: battery.

The D40/D50/D60 are not an option as I don't use any AF-S lenses.

Would be helpful if any wedding/portrait photographers who use any of these combinations can give me a little guidance.
