Todays shots from my 500D & Kit lens

Hi, Just thought I'd share a few shots i've taken today using my shiny new 500D. I'm an absoulute beginner (not the type to say i'm a beginner then mention my shots are taken with a £1000 Canon L lens).

These are all with the kit lens and have had minimum intervention by myself (as I said, i'm learning!). There pretty much out of the camera and some are taken in the cameras 'amature' mode i.e. Landscape etc. I'm eager to learn so any pointers would be appreciated. Dont worry, i'm pretty thick skined!

I also thought these might be helpfull for people to see what the reall world output of the 500D kit is like (in the hands of a layman!)
