ZS3 or SX200

I own 5 Canon cameras, the last one bought was a A720, gereat camera. I now want to upgrade to a long lens pocket camera. My choices are a Pano ZS3 or a Canon SX200. I am just starting to read reviews, and doing research, on each camera. Just trying to get some heads up before starting my reasearch. Has anybody out there have some info on which camera is better over all on IQ, flash, quality,and ease of use.
