sandisk extreme III 20mb/s vs 30 mb/s cards?

i have an xsi. Beachcamera selling a 20mb/s card for around $12/each if u buy 3 and after rebate. Some of the cards are 30 mb/s. For the xsi, would I even notice a difference between these two cards? thanks.
