Canon 1Ds mk3 in the desert

Yes, in the sand was flying and I was worried about the amount of sand that would go into the lens. But even though I could feel the tension on the manual focus ring on my Canon 24-70 f/2.8L and the Canon 70-200 f/2.8L IS lenses after I left the area and took some images elsewhere it had gone again. The thumbwheel on the back of the 1Ds mk3 also had small sand stones but the disapeared again.
Here are some images from this place.
