Microadjust 5DII ~ Can't figure it out....

I've searched previous posts and gone online and can't get an answer.

My 24-105 shoots soft on my 5DII, or rather 'softer' than on my original 5D. My other lenses perform the same on both bodies. Anyway, I want to play around with the microadjustment feature to see if I can't improve the performance of the 24-105.

I understand the procedure, having read up on it. But, for the life of me I can't find out how to select adjustments in the camera MENU system. I've read the manual and I've managed to select the 'adjust each lens separately option.' From there, I'm supposed to then hit the INFO button but it brings up the camera settings (ISO, etc) nothing to do with selecting adjustment numbers like + 2 + 4, whatever.

Does this make sense? I'm really not an airhead but for the life of me I can't figure this out.

Does anyone know of a web-site that outlines the procedure for dummies like me?
